  May 17, 2020 - No decant. Performed really well and stayed alive for several hours. In a fully mature spot right now. Integrated tannins, good acidity and fruit well balanced. Quite a masculine Barbaresco style which is likeable.

  December 23, 2016 - From a magnum. Cork was dry and broke in two even after ridiculously slow/careful extraction. Still very young with a tannic edge though the fruit seems to be coming through in full. Tons of milk chocolate and baked raspberry on the nose and palate. Accompanying by spices of cloves, cinnamon, and pepper. Decanted for 3-5 hours and continued to improve. Will peak in 2-3 years.

  August 1, 2014 - Nice sweet Spinetta Riserva from a magnum. Mouth coated tannins alongside balanced structure. Very enjoyable and this wine can easily age for another 5 years.

  May 4, 2013 - Full bodied wine that needed a good hour and some hearty food to shine. A beautiful Barbaresco with layers of rich fruit, spices and a tannic finish that mellowed as it opened. Was amazing with braised lamb shank. From Magnum.

  December 18, 2011 - Kraftfullt som väntat, mycket mörka röda bär, lite läder och stall. Käftsmäll med tanniner som efter 11år fortfarande är så tydliga, känna långt upp i gommen. Mycket grafit, sötma och mognande bär i smaken. Det här är ett väldigt trevligt vin, kanske inte en jätte men väl ett vin att bara dricka. Serverad på magnum
