January 12, 2024 - Cherry, spice, herbs, long finish. Still in great shape, but the next day, under vacuum seal, it was almost shot. I’d say, drink up!

November 6, 2023 - Wonderful. This is consistently one of our favorite Pinots.
    Definitely ready to drink.

    November 29, 2022 - Wonderful!
Fresh & vibrant. At 2 hours it really hits its stride. The nose is pure RRV cherry with baking spice. Same for the flavor with a silken mouthfeel and a slight citrus (blood orange) note.
The one very minor drawback is a strangely short finish

February 19, 2022 - This was a fairly elegant expression for Russian River Valley, not my preferred terroir for Pinot Noir. Still young, could have waiting a couple more years.

January 9, 2022 - Outstanding. Fully mature and drinking very well. Bright but restrained fruit on the nose, and cherry and tea notes most prominent while tasting. Silky smooth all around. I've been drinking W-S for years, and this one was in the top few I've ever enjoyed.

August 27, 2021 - Elegant as a ballroom dancer. Red fruit is complimented by notes of underbrush wet leaves and spice. Great depth and texture. There’re is so much going on in the glass. This wine is in a great drinking window. Great juice.

August 4, 2021 - An excellent Pinot with still vibrant fruit, medium complexity, and a great finish. Very well-balanced.

July 5, 2021 - Clea, garnet with slight rim browning. Earthy, strawberry, heavily toasted oak. Low acids, medium to low tannins. Graphite. Medium balanced finish. Bottle at Linda Blair’s.

December 6, 2020 - That is a bottle worth buying more of. Velvety mouth feel, soft tannins but still present. Mostly bright fruits, but just enough dark fruits to provide depth.
