November 1, 2019 - Not as good as other bottles, not sure if something was wrong with this bottle. Black cherry, raspberry, blackberry, cinnamon, licorice, toasted meats, silky smooth palate. Medium tannins are prevalent at this time, didn’t have them as much on the earlier bottles, I’d probably wait 2-3 years to drink anymore. Still this is most excellent!

March 10, 2019 - Such an outstanding wine. Drank it right out of the bottle over 3 hours. Dark red with an explosive nose. Dark berries. Just inhale. Smooth on the palate with perfect balance. Nothing is out of place. I would say it is in its early drinking window now, but with plenty of years left.

December 14, 2018 - Intense, cherry, strawberry, loads of chocolate and cocoa, roasted steak, white pepper, cinnamon, vanilla, amazing purity and silky profile. I love this wine!

December 24, 2017 - A great crunchy and savory bouquet during the first hour which morphed into smoky dry meats thereafter as the palate impression became increasingly drier. Turned out to be an excellent pairing with jalapeno-duck hearts, and a flop with a chili pepper-tuna belly dish. Hold till 2019.

June 17, 2017 - The greatest young wine I've ever tasted. Was worried it wouldn't live up to the hype, but was absolutely singing after a quick 1 hour decant. Violets, perfume, Cuban cigar and asphalt...and a finish that sailed on for a full minute. Wow!
