August 31, 2022 - Delicious with pan seared salmon day 1 and even fried chicken day 2. White fruits and crunchy rock zesty goodness in here.

January 31, 2021 - PAle gold color. PNP, drank a glass plus over 2 hours. It seems I rarely drink the AOC from Fevre, and that appears to be a mistake. This bottle was very traditional and showed nice character. The nose has lemon-lime, brine and crustaceans, later adding the sea air notes. There's good density to the palate, lemon, tart with good acidity in a riper vintage, savory, dry stones. 90+ to 91pts.

Guess:
The wet rock sent me to old world. Thought there might be limestone or flint and so perhaps a Chablis or Chenin Blanc from Savennieres
I finally guessed CB
Mistakes
It was chardonnay. The perception of wet wool threw me off. The crescendo of the acid wasn’t there which would have helped if I had realised that.
