  February 1, 2018 - Upon the ladies insistence a second bottle for the night was opened, a quick chill and an hour of breath time and here we go....lovely golden hue, subtle lemon, melon, cream to the nose. Lovely flavors of lemon, melon, apple, white peach and paraffin to the palate. Nice mouthfeel med minus finish. Very lovely end to the evening...

  July 27, 2016 - The wine looks silver colored. The legs are fast. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like lemon and orange blossom. It tastes like lemon and passion fruit. The body is light. The wine has linear texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has high acidity.
