May 16, 2022 - The Syrah really rounds out this blend. Very drinkable with food and by itself. Held up to spicy food and paired well with blueberries. Full mouth feel and long finish.
February 11, 2021 - Excellent Spanish red from Murcia. High alcohol, bold tannins and meduim acidity. Nicely textured with cherry and plum flavors along with vanilla oak moving to a lengthy balanced finish.
April 28, 2020 - Very ripe and fruit forward, for those who enjoy the style. 15.5% ABV -- your reaction to that will indicate whether you will enjoy the wine or not. For us, I knew what I was getting into and was in the mood for this tonight.
Purple fruit, luscious, dried fruit, dark chocolate, plum. Spice on finish.

April 10, 2020 - Too much heat and oak for me. Unique flavor profile, however the quality is evident.

August 11, 2019 - Decent red blend. Nothing especially bad. Drink now or take to a party of non-wine people.
October 4, 2018 - Deep extraction. Full mouth feel. Soft tannins. Dark berries. Needs about an hour to open. Excellent with food.
August 12, 2018 - Loads of dark fruit, with some graphite, and earthiness. Finishes long, medium tannin. A great QPR at $25.
January 1, 2018 - Lovely, lovely wine. For all Clio fans this distant cousin at almost half the price is a very decent alternative and as good a QPR as there is around. Also if you have friends who are not red fans, get them to taste this.
November 11, 2017 - 45 minute decant. Deep purple. Nose of soy, prunes, dark plum and sweet nail polish. Big full flavors of plum, prunes and stewed blueberry with notes of tobacco, bourbon and licorice. Light but smooth tannins with medium acidity. Long dry finish. New flavor profile for me. Very nice and pretty good QPR.
