April 10, 2020 - 25 months later, and our last: surprisingly complex. Flinty and dusty. Very enjoyable over three nights.

March 11, 2018 - Similar to our note about 10 months ago, but — surprisingly for us — taking on some depth and complexity. Quite enjoyable over three nights.

July 6, 2017 - Pale straw.
Lightly oaked, intense nose, fruity and gamey.
Medium light body, balanced, pleasant, medium high acid, but not tart.

May 11, 2017 - Pale straw. If we had this blind, we would have thought it was something like a mineral and ash-inflected bianco from, say, Mount Etna in Sicily. Don't expect richness or a lot of obvious fruit. Do expect savory and deep earth tones. Lovely over three nights. We suspect it will also make a fine base for kir.
