January 14, 2021 - PnP, a gentle nose and complimentary flavors - strawberry, a hint of cherry, & a little tartness on the finish.
However over 90 mins it opened nicely to also reveal some brush & forest floor and with slight mushroom. This really came into its own with the chance to breath, I only wish I had more.
