    August 26, 2020 - Pale lemon color.

Med- aromas of lemon, lemon peel, and honey. Wine is developing.

Dry, med+ acidity, med alcohol, med- body. Medium flavors of lemon, lemon peel, and honey. Med- finish.

Very good wine. Can drink now, but has potential for aging.

June 21, 2020 - For some reason I thought it had been longer since I had one of these. Anyway, better than my last bottle, in the sense that it was fresher in style, which I find I like in my chenin. On the nose: loads of lemon and lemon peel, soft honey, and a touch of the oxidative. On the palate, lovely acidity, more lemon peel and lemon. Rather primary by comparison to my last note. Paired perfectly with our roast shrimp and broccoli (spiced with cumin, coriander, and chili powder among other things).

May 17, 2020 - A really pleasant surprise, and an over performance relative to expectations. Light yellow, almost clear, with great tension between vibrant lemon acidity and an oily richness. I suppose could be interesting to see this age, but so good now seems silly to risk it.
