October 31, 2022 - Really enjoyed this. Just a terrific Bordeaux blend that is squarely in its prime drinking window. I have some of the 2019 in the cellar and hope they show this well in five years.

April 29, 2021 - Delightful wine. Right out of the bottle a little sharp and that was a surprise for a 2014 Meritage, let it blow off for an hour an was very nice. Deep in color, smooth, vanilla and berry. Happy I bought it.

May 23, 2020 - Delicious red blend after a 5 hour decant! Super plush with remarkable density & texture! Brooding red and black fruits...no rush to drink next one!

February 15, 2019 - Delicious wine. Sweet oak, nose of crushed berries, dark black fruits and chocolate on palate. Smooth tannins. Balanced. I really enjoyed this now.

November 10, 2018 - Coravin from a bottle directly from the wine cellar (55 deg). So it only had a chance to open up in the glass (Schott Zwiesel bordeaux). The nose didn't give up much--probably needs more time in the glass to come up to temperature. I've been playing with the tasting help assistant here.
This is the automatically generated note based on my input:

"The wine looks crimson colored. The legs are slow. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like blackberry, black currant (cassis), cherry, medicinal and tea. It tastes like blackberry, fig, phenolic, black pepper, tea and tobacco. The body is medium. The wine has angular texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has high acidity."

It certainly opened up after awhile. A nice wine.
