August 23, 2007 - Club Tasting: Summer Chef Tour,Brandy Fernow (Gibby's): Certified organic, this is done in 100% stainless. Pale yellow color with notes of honeysuckle flowers and cotton, followed by soft citrus tones. Flavors of pears, apple and minerals, with a slightly tinny tone on the finish.

April 23, 2007 - A pale yellow...almost clear. Lovely nose of pear, pineapple, and honeydew. Apple, pear, kiwi, and melon on the palate. Mild acidity, short finish with notes of honey. Lack of complexity means it can't quite hit the 88 mark. Four Graces is better for the dollar range.
