June 21, 2017 - La cuvée La Sagesse es un tinto del Ródano en cuyo ensamblaje domina la garnacha. La nariz comienza bastante reducida y mantiene durante toda la cata un toque algo sucio que implico una penalización generalizada de los catadores. Por momentos aparecen apuntes vegetales y algo de especias dulces. En boca tiene buen ataque, paso bastante fluido, amargos intensos, fresco y con buena longitud. En boca mucho mejor que en nariz. Cata 270 Penya La Verema. Media ponderada: 71,8.
