January 25, 2020 - This is a great Aussie cab. Eucalyptus cherry bomb. Wonderful with steak on the barbie, roasted peppers, baby potatoes , green beans. And yes it is beauty with chocolate.

November 19, 2018 - Lovely old-school Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon. Now fully mature, medium bodied with a very green nose. Pure enjoyment if not the most complex of wines.
