July 24, 2022 - in a nice early drinking window
a little lighter and but more intense/sharp flavor profile than a 2014 light motif served side by side

July 18, 2020 - Dazzles from the very first pour. Rich and viscous but not at all unpleasantly heavy. Shows superb depth, concentration and a thrilling mid-palate with a creamy and luscious mouthfeel. Stone fruits, grilled nuts, honeysuckle, crushed stones and with a 30 second finish. HOWEVER, after 2 hours in the decanter the wine coils up and shuts down and out the window goes all those terrific attributes. Good thing I’m a quick drinker 😉

June 21, 2020 - Muted nose. Little fruit. Weird chemical flavor on the palate. Might be in shut down phase, going to shelve the rest for a few years.

May 8, 2020 - Loooooooooonnnnng finish. Not kidding. Extremely long finish. Restrained nose, good acidity, yellow fruits on the tongue... Will be good in 5 years, but very good now.
