July 12, 2023 - Deep dark inky purple hue. Blueberry, blackcurrant. Tiny hint of menthol but really restrained for its type and price. Quite lush, not overly complicated, but really pretty old world in style and very good effort for its price and age. Drinking well now

November 27, 2022 - Deep Ruby with Garnet Hues. Intense, complex nose. Coffee beans, cocoa, leather, olives, black fruits and pepper. Full-bodied, concentrated, powerful and balanced. Medium to gigh acidity. Strong but round tannins, very well-integrated. Medium, juicy finish.

October 1, 2020 - 30+ minute decant. Purple and red color mix. Restrained nose of blackberries and bbq chicken. Nice blue and black fruit, but lacked depth. Great texture and extremely easy drinking. Paired nicely with pasta. I really enjoyed this for the price!

January 19, 2019 - Deep ruby with ver slight purple edge. Black currant nose, hint of green and slight eucalyptus. Black currant on palate. Dry with acidity. Soft tannins. Long aftertaste. This is a very good wine for the price, but I do think it was drunk too early. I would give this another 2-3 years when I suspect it would be exceptional.
