August 13, 2016 - Juicy and caramelly, ripe fruit (peach), with some leesy complexity and heat but not too raw, a bit on the sweet side, relatively simple and short. At this price point, there is better Cognac to be had. In the bar at Hotel SP34, Copenhagen, Denmark.
