October 2, 2016 - Bright golden color, nose with hints of exotic fruits, flavor smooth with low acidity and hints of exotic fruits and a small sweetness with some oily hint. In the finish some nice bitterness. Paired with sushi.
Next day: Even more smooth and in the finish just a pleasant hint of bitterness.
Overall a very pleasant wine together with sushi or on it´s own. Will be interesting to follow this wine the coming years.
