  June 24, 2022 - Tenth bottle we have had of this wine, between 2020 and now. Incredible value, so fresh and still no rush to drink up. The taste profile reminds me of tonic water, the slight bitterness really lifts the wine and the alcohol is quite low at 11.5%.

  January 28, 2020 - I would call this a smash hit! Rich and yeat nuanced nose with notes of yellow fruit, pears, lemon, pineapple and zest. Very dry and fresh on the palate but still with lots of fruit (orange, lemon, pineapple, zest) but keeping in balance with lovely mouthwatering acidity, some oiliness in the texture and really good length.
  I have another bottle and I'm sure it will keep for at least another 2 years, but this is just so good now.

  Pale straw with green tinge..
  
  Lime, lemon, crab apple, slight honey, saline with a slightly oily mouth feel.. There's a little butter development already as well...
  
  Such great drinking and such great value.. Drink now to 5 years..

  October 24, 2017 - Substantial Hunter semillon. What's not to like - nothing here. Really enjoyable food wine with great spine.
