September 30, 2022 - Expressive cherry fruit that perfectly integrates with the secondary notes of lavender, cola and spice. Needs at least a 30 minute decant. Well made and drinking VERY well right now.

February 23, 2018 - Burgundy color and a very interesting wine with a distinct flavor profile, which included some cherry and cola, ending with a bit of Pinot Noir spiciness. Gave the impression of density with good balance and nuance and quite a long finish. Not a super fruit bomb like Aubert, but much better than a restrained Flower's. This wine was somewhat of a revelation, bringing home how varied New World Pinot Noir's can be, and though I knew this before, it was like drinking an exclamation point. Worth getting some.

February 26, 2017 - Delicious wine. Typical Russian River Valley style with dense flavors, full round body and super fine tannins. This has distinct dark cherry notes with some licorice and mint. A very big wine that needs time to come together.
