Community Tasting Notes 12

May 10, 2022 - Opened, poured into a decanter, and then tasted.
First - enjoyed with food and then on its own.
    Deep ruby color.
Floral nose. Rose petals and some candied cherry on the nose. Picks up an herbal slight cumin note with greater exposure to air.
Light fresh intro of red fruits, rosewater, and some citrus peel. Tart red fruits.
Quite fresh and enjoyable. A Bright cool climate Pinot.

Tasted the following day after refrigerating half bottle under Vacuvin.
    Good ruby color.
Nose takes on a more herbal note; no rose petals. A little more tart sour cherry.
Retains that light, somewhat tart, fresh red berry freshness.

Quality cork. Branded with phone #.No vintage or vineyard.
    12.5% abv.

November 26, 2020 - Strong notes of black cherry on the nose. Dark berries on the palate with good acidity and a nice smooth finish. This drinks better on the cooler side for me, sub-60 degrees. A well balanced Pinot. This is drinking well. I don't think this is going to improve dramatically with age. It doesn't feel like it has the depth to go too long.

June 12, 2020 - Delicious red fruits in a light medium body. Evolves in the glass. Pinot at its best.

January 20, 2020 - Nose: Black cherry, menthol, cola and stems
Palate Black cherry earth with medium plus acidity and medium plus finish.

    Very nice!!

October 16, 2019 - Pretty light garnet. Cherry with some earth undertones. Good acidity and grab cherry on the palate. Delicate wine that can age linger. Eat with lighter Pinot foods. Probably not great with heavy food.
