Community Tasting Notes 4

September 16, 2017 - Ok taste. Probably needed to age before drinking.

July 27, 2017 - A wonderful surprise: fully developed and ready to drink now. Nice mix of berries, a little cinnamon and a touch of vanilla on the nose. Lots of red berries and a little plum on the palate. Decent length. Excellent value. Probably will keep for a few years but I would treat this as a wine made for early consumption. A few hours of air did not bring out anything that was not present in the first half hour.

July 18, 2017 - Aromas of blackberries and spicy notes on the nose. Good acidity and medium bodied, very good pairing with pork or cooked beef.

June 25, 2017 - Color: deep ruby hues with slightly lighter tinge - watered blood. Some translucency.
Nose: Light nose - bright red fruits and minerality.
Flavor: dark cherry, dark currents, For the fruit complimented by hefty earthiness - burnt French oak, lease and leather, bitter dark chocolate. Good middle - flavors blending with light tannins, creating good mouthfeel. Finish is very smooth with good long linger - 1.5 to 2 minutes. Light to medium bodied. Dry.

Fantastic QPR Bordeaux. Nuanced, rather delicate front end feel that creeps up as you go. Good potential for aging but good to go now. Let air for 1 hour plus. Will stock up on this.
