August 5, 2023 - Color pale yellow, still quite fresh, modest complexity. Smooth and so easy to drink. Great with braised cod.

March 4, 2020 - This wine was underwhelming. I bought it today at one of my local wine shops mostly out of curiosity. I realized after I brought it home that it was from the 2015 vintage. I think this wine would be much better the first year after it is released. This is not meant to be an age worthy wine, in my opinion. So my notes about the wine include it being astringent with not much fruit.

August 28, 2019 - Définitivement ce vin est un coup de coeur qui s'affirme, cette bouteille était d'une qualité supérieure.
Teinte jaune dorée assez intense.
Nez trrès expressif, fleur blanche, malva, guimauve (!) toffee anglais, poussière de craie, et pour couronner, citron confit.
En bouche, continuité sur les odeurs percues, équilibre parfait sucrosité-acidité, une tenue en bouche qui perdure.
