  December 2, 2018 - About two years since our prior. This, our third, was lighter, thinner, with pronounced strawberry poking through the prevailing funk. Went quite well with braised lamb shoulder. Interesting enough over three nights — but looking back at my original note, it was nothing like that. Rather seems that it’s falling apart.
