December 12, 2021 - This bottle was excellent after about 45 minutes in the decanter. Enjoyed with ribeye, though I think with gamier meats or more herbed meat preparations this would absolutely shine. Perhaps some upside potential but this is either near or at peak, I think.

July 26, 2021 - This is a terrific Aglianico. Dark in color, with notes of leather and earth. Tannins are mouth-filling, but not drying and are balanced with a nice acidity. I decanted one hour before serving.
