January 4, 2023 - Yeasty nose. Tastes of ripe apple, perhaps slightly oxidized. Roasted nut accents. Touch of minerals on the finish. Showing more age than I expected, perhaps not stored properly.

November 2, 2021 - Fairly yeasty nose. Some nuttiness. Coarse bubbles. Somewhat neutral finish with a touch of bitterness. But on the whole comes across as too much dosage for my tastes in the sense of being slightly off dry and heavier than it needs to be.
