November 3, 2020 - Drinking really nice right now as a PnP, strawberry, plum, raspberry, rhubarb, forest floor, cedar, red tea, clove, great balance. Really nice wine.

November 30, 2017 - Day 2: Much better after 24 hours of air in bottle, still dark red brooding fruit, compost, forest floor, round body, much better balance with only a little heat now.

November 29, 2017 - Cherry, Strawberry, cinnamon, on the palate there's some wet forest floor, rhubarb, a lot of heat on the finish that comes across as quite bitter. Perhaps some years will help. I'll check in again tomorrow.
