April 21, 2023 - Nose: Yiest, white flowers, chalk, green and red apples as well as some hints of diary products.
on the palate it continued with white flowers, crisp green apples, wonderful acidity and complexity. It did get significantly more approachable with 30 minutes of air. Nice champagne.

June 16, 2022 - From mag, beautiful lite color with fine bubbles. Nose took a while to open up....30 minutes in glass. Some apricot and peach. Palate had lighter acidity the I would refer. Lighter weight, with additional notes of mineral. salt and maybe a cinnamon note on the back. Dry finish. Very enjoyable grower Champs but not the weight and complexity of a major producer.

Lovely, salty, precise and some hints of tropical fruits. You would never think of brut nature but using ripe fruits and a reductive style lead to well balanced grower champagnes. In the nose you could think about a big house. 92-93
