June 10, 2023 - Decent syrah - muted but with dark plum and berry notes - tobacco leaf and earth on the finish.

  • mikered Likes this wine: 91 points

March 14, 2023 - Plum, black cherry, citrus peal and violet on the nose with smoked, peppered beef, fresh fall herbs and hints of sweet cedar. In the mouth bright, lively, red forest berries and citrus pulp set off by a nice bloody, herby, smoky savor with a nice long tangy finish. Medium plus body with very good acid and nice ripe fine tannin.

Really very nice wine, drinking very well now and over the next half dozen years.

June 16, 2022 - Sweet red fruit, blueberry and some floral notes with a hint of a bloody savory note on the mid palate. Very soft/easy and could use more of an energetic lift. Drink now - 90.
