February 14, 2021 - Complete whatever of a wine, definitely a bottom 1/4 of the Barolo pyramid. Tobacco and tertiary, very little fruit. Nothing wrong but little enjoyment. I’d definitely try a 24 hour decant on my last of 3 bottles just to see if there’s something beneath it.

December 16, 2019 - Blackberry and spice. Very delicious. While it drank quite nicely this evening with pasta and red sauce, I will hold the other two bottles for a couple of years because I think it will age fantastically.

June 18, 2019 - 3 hours decanted and started to unwind a bit. Still several years before drinking window. Classic Barolo profile with some earthy funk, cherry, medium body but heavy tannins and strength.

November 20, 2016 - Quite modern with notes of oak, concentrated, slightly confected fruit and sweet spices. Slightly bitter and alcoholic. Not much lift and drying towards the finish. 84-86
