Not much fruit, either -- Gilman reported a rhubarb note in the '14 and that resonated with us. I have more of both 14/15, and I think I'll pair with either a buttery seafood (to cut through the acidity) or an Asian dish with a bit of spice.

  March 20, 2021 - More linear and acid theb expected. Feels quite natural with high malic acids. Lovely wine with bergamot citrus, fresh cut green apple. The age in the wine starts to shine through. So recognisable chenin. Touch of lees and richness.
