March 30, 2024 - At Vantre in Paris. Elegant loire white. Very well balanced acid and structure. Lovely but not as expressive as expected (over the course of 2 hours, not decanted). Curious to revisit in 5 years

August 31, 2023 - Brought to a restaurant. Same bottle as RockNRoller.
Tired. Showed hints of nice acids but this has seen better days. 2021 purchase from Envoyer. -

February 14, 2023 - Nez : végétal, paille, pomme verte et poire, crème pâtissière, brioche, soupçon de rhubarbe, amande grillée et pâte à tarte cuite. Souple, rond, fondu, avec une acidité fraiche, des saveurs d'épices et de fines herbes. Harmonieux et mûr. Finale moyenne. Pas besoin de bouffe !
