April 22, 2020 - Still a very nice cab. Benefits from 30 to 45 minutes decanting.
November 30, 2018 - Double decant. This was really really mediocre. Raspy bramble flavor that I do not care for. Maybe a slight cork taint..... Story has it that this is declassified Rutherford fruit from Coppola’s inglenook project. Never been that impressed with Coppola’s work besides his films of course :)
This review was not really fair as I’m positive this was a tainted bottle. Enjoyed the 14.
December 20, 2017 - Great fruit and vanilla on the nose notes of jam with finish of oak and well rounded tannins.
November 4, 2017 - Decanted for one hour. Wonderful red fruit and licorice on the nose. Very well balanced with oak and silky tannins. Medium finish.
October 8, 2017 - A week of laying around and it's still drinking nicely. Good value wine.
Although not sure anyone messed up 2013 in napa.
