  April 20, 2022 - Good, but not great. A wall of black olive on open. After lots of air, fruit comes out. Not sure if more time will do more favors.

  November 19, 2021 - I think the long luxurious finish is what makes this wine deserve the 91 rating. It hits all the right notes, wonderful nose of leather and pencil, thin but refined on the palate.

  November 5, 2021 - Drank this with home made cast iron steak. Decanted for this for 30 minutes prior to serving. The nose is a bit hot - but once you can get past it, it opens up with lots of dark fruits. The palate is medium to full bodied - a bit over extracted if you ask me. Decent finish.
  
  Overall enjoyable wine for what it is.

  September 8, 2021 - A little time has been rewarding to this wine. We may not know it's actual pedigree, but it is showing like a true champ right now. I guess I liked this wine a bit more than the others, but with a decent breathing period (30 minutes seemed sufficient) it really was awesome. Yes, a touch too much alcohol, but the aromas of oak, baking spices, black fruit and stewed berries this wine was super.
