January 1, 2024 - Totally delightful wine in its prime. Somewhat spicy notes but somehow completely restrained. Minimal decant. This wine was just lovely from start to finish and I get the sense it still has a few more years in it.

July 22, 2023 - Delightful nose but I fear this wine could be fading now. Strange acidic edginess to it- still a perfectly decent drinking experience, just not the same as past bottles. 30 min decant.

January 17, 2021 - Blood red, near opaque; a blast of black fruits, beefy; full throttle, huge, power packed; tremendous attack on the finish. All too much of a good thing?

June 1, 2019 - Lovely black fruit nose
Quite vibrant on the palate. Feeling nicely integrated in the mouth. Black fruit, with a lovely texture. Lots of character. Very impressive.

April 29, 2019 - Consistent trajectory from my previous experience. This is a secondary stage to a down hill stage. The nose is absolutely beautiful. I could smell this wine all day. Palate was ok, except the mid palate was missing a bit. Started to flesh out and develop nicely after an hour. Drink up.
