April 14, 2020 - I'll admit I considered selling this given the prices I see in the secondary market but decided I wanted the experience more than I wanted a few extra dollars. Pop and pour and I wish I had a video of our faces upon first sip... eyes bugged out and then puckered lips as that first sip of tart fruit hits. After that jarring first sip I absolutely loved it. Light red, one of the lightest I've run across. A bit of earthy funk on the nose but the taste is pure tart red fruit. Closest experience I've had to this is some of the Teutonic pinot's. I loved it, wish they made it every year...

January 26, 2020 - Rose’-like pink in color, with shy strawberry and cranberry aromas. Light in texture, with a simple but appealing beam of tart strawberry and watermelon flavors showing mid-palate, framed by mineral notes and soft tannins. Finishes clean. Perhaps made from grapes picked to be in the Ultramarine sparkling wines.

August 29, 2019 - Somewhat austere and crystalline, not unlike some German pinot, or as others have said, a Coteaux Champenois. Robust, pretty, and tasty.

April 10, 2018 - kind of exactly what I thought it would be... good / pretty pinot juice on the very light side, super-acidic (picked for sparkling), raspberry/strawberry/watermelon + citric acid + mineral sea spray... wife loved it (loves light, acidic wines), I liked it.

interesting, was a good value, though only bottle and may not be repeated under this label. worth trying

December 2, 2017 - Still wine, never heard of this one. Very light in color but with good depth on the palate. Fun stuff.
