October 8, 2017 - Clear and limpid pale pink copper, nose is fresh, no heat, cherry, peach pit, watermelon with medicinal background notes. Delicate palate with cherry and floral notes enhanced by just a tad of heat giving vaporous sensation and decent + finish.

L'oeil est léger, saumoné, comme en Provence...
Nez généreux, fruité, minéral, floral, végétal, petit côté bonbon mais à peine, extrêmement invitant...
La bouche offre un superbe équilibre, frais, de texture ample à ample-mince, dans un équilibre sec... même si en tempérant on sent un léger sucre résiduel... presque rien, amertume moyenne, persistance moyenne, rétro fruité, florale
Conclusion : on y revient sans cesse; excellent!
