July 15, 2023 - Nice Sta Hills Chardonnay but past it’s prime. Color was golden yellow clear rim. Nose of honeysuckle ripe stone fruit and wet stone. Moderate acidity an medium-full body. Palate of ripe apricot and biscuit slight buttery finish. There was minerality but more tertiary than being structurally forward like a burgundy. Finish was long. Time to drink them before they oxidize.

November 16, 2021 - Dumped 2 other oxidized bottles that were purchased from the winery and perfectly stored. Significant bottle variation so far, which I haven't experienced before with Arcadian.

September 10, 2021 - GRAFSTRB's notes seem correct. This is not one of the best Arcadian chardonnay's, but there's a lot to like and it's aged right where you want it. Mature chardonnay characteristics and still having vibrant acidity and lemon. I would not hold further.
