Apple and grapefruit: aromatic and herbaceous with green pepper nuances. Dry citrussy finish. Very good value (bonus point).
An enjoyable odd-ball for drinking up over this year while grip maintained.

April 16, 2018 - Has a spiced fruity nose of apple, orange peel, and cardamom. High toned and tingly with a little bit of weight. Flavors of apples, pear, starfruit, and cinnamon. Very nice value.
April 10, 2018 - Pale gold in color, this wine reveals focused flavors of apricot, peach and almond on the nose. The mouth feel is medium bodied with more stone fruit and hints of vanilla and toast. The finish brings bright acidity and mineral undertones. 13% abv.
Purchased for $14US, this is an interesting, enjoyable wine that, if tasted blind, I'd probably identify as Italian Vermentino.

November 14, 2017 - Aromas of blossom and pears, then intense flavours of pears and peaches, almonds, minerality, white pepper and a long fresh finish. Made with furmint grape, provides a good value interesting wine, with some similarities to an Albarino.
July 27, 2017 - Delicious. A lot to talk about on the nose: pear, melon, herbaceousness, green bell pepper, smokiness, cheese rind, honey and spice. Rich and creamy on the palate with high acic and good length. Interesting and complex wine. Great value.
April 2, 2017 - Pale green, nose of freshly squeezed lemon and lime and apricot. The palate offers up fresh flavours of lemon, apricot and a stony, mineral streak on the clean, dry medium length finish. Interesting and distinctive.
