February 24, 2021 - Very enjoyable. On the fuller bodied, darker-fruited end of the pinot spectrum. But well balanced with enjoyable spice notes. Seems to me to be in a prime drinking window. No reason not to drink this wine in the next year or two.

June 19, 2020 - Last tasted 8 months ago, showing green stem and white pepper tonight. Not heavy or lush, but packed with underlying black plum. Fantastic CA pinot with 2-3 years at this plateau.

October 7, 2019 - Dark, rich, spicy. Slightly lush fresh blackberry all day long, herbal hints. Easily a couple more years of optimal drinking with proper cellaring.

April 12, 2019 - Beautiful wine! Not as complex as CR 2012, and yet still a definite go-to Pinot.

September 16, 2018 - Deep violet. Lots of dark fruit on the nose. Bing Cherry Pie on the palate. Medium acid, velvety texture.

May 23, 2018 - Deep garnet with blackberry on the nose. Dark fruit on the palate with some earth tones. Light tannins and low acid. Solid but not outstanding.

May 6, 2017 - Drank quickly and without much thought given to its nuances, but not too captivating overall when compared to the other wines served. Red berry and earth. That's about what I can remember. As was the case with the entire lineup, all of the wines were a littler lighter-bodied than I prefer. Fans of more the Burgundian style will likely find more pleasure here.
