Merlot from Bouschey, cab f from Champoux
Served cool, four hours open, one hour decant. Dark cherry really opens out with cheese, as expected with lamb and flageolets -

December 16, 2022 - Amazing as usual. Everything is in balance. Tannin and acidity perfect. Just doesn't get much better than this.

Showing a little brown on rim
Tannins dusty with dark cherry. Still very enjoyable, but no further improvement likely -
