  December 1, 2019 - Blackberry, violets, cigar box, thyme, pomegranate. Medium-plus body. Medium acidity. Light-plus tannins. Medium-plus finish. Went well with a NY strip roast.

  March 16, 2019 - Blackberry, dark cherry, tobacco, leather, dried herbs, vanilla. Medium-plus body. Showing some signs of bricking. Medium acidity. Light tannins. Medium-long finish. Went well with steaks. At peak, but can still hold 2-3 more years.

  May 17, 2018 - Inexperienced in the ways of CF, but enjoyed this one. Decanted for 2+ hours, and felt the color and flavors were reminiscent of what a mid-90's Napa Cab tastes like today.

  May 30, 2017 - Dark cloudy ruby. Nose of barnyard, dark berry fruit, and a hint of violets. On the palate some drying tannins that compete with a core of black fruit. A clear ring of acids on the finish. Strong elements not yet alloying, but worth future consideration. 50 + 14 + 15 + 7 = 86.
