December 24, 2023 - Deep garnet red. Intense elegant blackberry blueberry a bit of green pepper. Full bodied soft tannins and excellent length
October 8, 2023 - Consumed over 2 evenings. Ever so slightly softer the second evening. Cherry, plum, cocoa, coffee and bits of dusty leaves. Medium+ acids, medium weight. Holds nicely over two evenings under vacuum seal.

March 23, 2023 - Deep purple, minimal sediment, medium acid, very mild, rounded tannins. Black fruits. Medium length finish. This is on the back end of prime. Drink now.
March 12, 2023 - This turned out to be a very smooth lighter in body than expected that went well with medium but still hearty dishes like a tomato based soup.
December 25, 2022 - Wasn't as impressed as I was hoping. Not bad, just not meeting expectations, which were perhaps too lofty on my part. Offers cherry, dark plum, leather, grilled meat, dark chocolate and cardamom. Creamy texture, full-bodied. Cherry and chocolate on the palate, just a bit soft and out of balance with the firm chalky tannins.
