December 24, 2016 - Medium ruby red. Slightly savory to start on the nose with some earthy notes and iron. Opened up with an undertone of dark dried berries and dark cocoa. Moderate tannins (5.5/10) and medium bodied. Dried berries and earthy notes on the palate. Slight dry medium finish. Nothing too complex about this wine, just a great everyday drinker. Drink till 2019.
