May 24, 2020 - Dark cherries, fruit and chocolate on the nose.
On the palate, pretty much the same, completely smooth and silky, medium body, It has been well worth the 5 year cellaring! Was delightful with red curry chicken over rice and sauteed squash -

January 23, 2019 - On the nose, dark fruits including boysenberries, black raspberries and dark plum. Dark fruits and berries on the palate, with some sweetness balancing the dryness. Very nice with gnocchi, alfredo and pesto sauces, and broccolini. And toasted bread.

April 5, 2017 - A really beautiful wine. Sweet tannins, nice fruit flavors. Lush, with deep complexity and nicely balanced. Tasted this along with the other Conn Creek AVA cabs and this was hands down the best. Drank this bottle over two nights. It was readily approachable night one and softened a bit night two.
