August 4, 2019 - A more commercial expression of Hawkes Bay. Pleasant enough, and holding well at 6yrs, but I would have preferred to see a little more herb and cool climate traits. The plumy fluffy merlot is very apparent and quite pretty.

October 20, 2018 - A better showing, muted nose but beautiful light and elegant palate of dark fruits. Good stuff, bit still, poor QPR.

April 22, 2018 - Cassis, plum on the nose with some aniseed and juniper berry. Palate introduces plenty of heat and pepper, coffee bean and licorice. Not that complex, light finish and poor QPR. It's easy and pleasant drinking though despite a lack of expression.
