  March 19, 2022 - Crisp apples, citrus and a little toasted brioche, paired nicely w/sushi platter and made an excellent cocktail topper on Day 2 (likely should have used something cheaper, but the drinks were pretty yummy).

  January 1, 2019 - Tons of green apple and maybe a bit too much acidity for my palate. Tons of light mousse, which was nice, but the seeming lack of balance and complexity made it rate a lower score. That said, this was in an informal environment, but the tartness makes me think that this would not rate higher in any arena. 86-87
