Community Tasting Notes 1

November 23, 2018 - Deeply extracted apple, brioche, roasted pineapple and almost an oxidized fruit note. Viscous on the palate with a near sacharine sweetness. Not sure there is enough acidity to handle the extract and malo here. Very californinan approach.
