November 24, 2022 - Powerful and full bodied on opening, a little less so next day, but enjoyable and excellent value

August 27, 2022 - Drinking perfectly right now.
Just starting to show some bricking and the emergence of some leather and stewed fruit completing the complexity. Still active tannins and acidity complete the very good experience.

April 2, 2021 - This bottle was heads & shoulders above the last one we had in June last year. Had this bottle in place of a corked Township Reserve 7 from same vintage with similar varietal composition. This was a PnP that wowed on the nose and had depth and length on the palate. Layered dark red fruits and a cedar-y spice note. A fine bottle. Paired well with Greek takeout roast lamb (Ithaka)
October 16, 2020 - Soft and Fruity. Tannins balance it out. We have 10 bottles after this one. I wont wait to drink more of this Tasting great now.
March 8, 2019 - Early in the drinking window but smoothing out nicely with a bit of time open.
February 2, 2019 - Blue and purple fruit with a silky underlay of chocolate.
Basically a bordeaux-style blend that properly supports and enhances the best aspects of the Merlot.
Competes with right banks at a similar price level.
November 11, 2017 - 1.5 hour decant.
Light blueberry on the nose, complimented by mild tomato stem and a faint trace of mint on the nose.
On the palate I can't get away from the red licorice and cherry. There is a touch of dry light leather and mild cassis. I'd give it about a 5-7 year window from vintage to so looking to open the next bottle in 2020.
