August 8, 2022 - Finally mature. Citrusfruit, hay, petroleum dominating, but aromatically complex. Razorsharp acidity cuts through your meal. Reminds me of an oldschool white Rioja crossed with Rheinhessen riesling. Wonderful. Drink now-2025.

August 19, 2021 - This has become less complex and compelling with age but it is still a nice bottle of wine. Highly acidic and lean with no signs of age. Maybe in a quiet place and will get better upon maturity?

January 7, 2020 - Drank with fried eggs and toast ( for dinner, not breakfast ). Was actually a very good match. Super tart, sour lemon, green apple and very bold.
