  April 25, 2019 - For our tastes this is on the young side, and could stand a dash more acidity, but it’s still a well made good value. Lots of stuffing, with an exotic nose, and firm polished tannins, this should appeal to those who like big fruit driven wine that doesn’t veer into overripe territory.

  January 9, 2019 - Bouquet of violets and brooding dark fruit waft out of the glass, the colour and stain around the glass indicates something special.
  
  Immediate palate impact from some superbly ripe dark fruits, liquorice and dark chocolate. This is superb fruit compote overload with the oak in the background and the acidity just in support, cleansing, delicious, delightful. Only drink this if your palate can stand something of a fruit and tannin onslaught, which obviously mine enjoys.
  
  I'm so impressed with this wine (does it show?) I want to load up but sadly the shops are in run-out and I've discovered it too late. Maybe 4 bottles in the cellar will do, but I'd prefer 40!

  January 20, 2018 - Straight out the bottle I got a heavy note of spice and an earthy taste. Decanted for an hour and it smoothed out, well balanced Malbec.
